Page-hit rankings
Profile views recorded on this site. These counts do not measure worldwide usage, language quality or job demand.
Rankings may take up to five minutes to reflect new hits. Daily totals use UTC. Calendar year runs from January 1 of the current year through today.
Hit counts are not connected in this preview. The catalogue works independently of the counter.
What counts as a hit?
When counting is enabled, opening a profile records a page hit. The browser suppresses repeats for that language during the same tab session and UTC day. This is an approximate count, not a count of unique people; automated traffic can still affect it.
The counter stores daily totals per language, without visitor identifiers or IP addresses in its database. Local development uses a separate database. More on privacy and limitations →
